Cancel Subscription Instructions
There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. You can cancel your YAYFI subscription online at any time before your next renewal date.
- Log in to your YAYFI dashboard at https://app.yayfi.com/auth/login.
- Go to your account or billing settings.
- Select cancel subscription and confirm.
Cancelling stops the next renewal charge. Your workflow will stop sending SMS requests once the subscription ends. SMS usage already sent is charged separately per segment as outlined in your billing history.
